How much does a HomeExchange Collection membership cost?
A HomeExchange Collection membership costs $1000 USD per year with no additonal fees or restrictions. With this one-time annual fee, you unlock access to thousands of exquisite homes and comprehensive benefits, providing a more affordable alternative to traditional luxury vacation rentals. By joining HomeExchange Collection, you gain more than access to extraordinary homes - you become part of an exclusive global network of like-minded travelers who value immersive, authentic luxury experiences.

What are the criteria to join? How do I know if my home is eligible?
Each home is evaluated by our team using a data model that assesses over 200+ factors, including photos, home value, design, amenities, and location. Luxury looks different to everyone, but every Collection home has its own unique charm. Learn more about eligibility criteria
To find out if your home is eligible, fill out an application or complete your HomeExchange listing with up-to-date images of your home. We will review your application and respond within three days. We also invite you to send us an email at joincollection@homeexchange.com.

Can I view the homes before joining?
No, unfortunately, you cannot view all Collection homes prior to joining our community. However, we offer a 14-day Guarantee. This means that if you join our community and you are not satisfied for any reason, as long as no exchanges have been finalized, you can cancel for a full refund in the first 14 days.
What are the differences between HomeExchange and HomeExchange Collection?

I am already a member of HomeExchange. How do I join HomeExchange Collection?
Log in to HomeExchange Collection with the same login and password as for HomeExchange and click on "Become a member". If we have already identified that your property meets the selection criteria for HomeExchange Collection, you will automatically be redirected to the payment page. If not, we invite you to send us an email at joincollection@homeexchange.com so that we can review your application and respond within three days.
